Returns/Damages/Defects Policy

All matters regarding warranties, damages and
defects must be done in writing via email
to claims@kingpumps.com to maintain
a "paper trail" of the transaction.

Easy Refund and Return Policies

  • E-mail claims@kingpumps.com with the reason for your return and request an RGA # (Return Goods Authorization)
  • Please use your kingpumps order # in the subject line to by-pass our "spamblocker".
  • Return within 30 days and receive a refund less shipping and a 15% handling charge.
  • Return item to the address given in your RGA.
  • Use a copy of the e-mail correspondence as your packing slip
  • All returned items must be in clean, new, unused condition, in their original packaging with all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty cards etc. Any pump or part that has been installed, had liquid run through it or had electric power applied to it is considered used and not eligible for credit.
  • Return shipping must be prepaid by the Buyer . Buyers are responsible for all incoming or outgoing freight charges.
  • Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products the allowed outbound shipping charge will be deducted from your return refund.
  • We will credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Place a new order for a replacement product if applicable

Returns - If Merchandise is Damaged in Shipment

  • If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier. Or please make sure that when you sign the shippers proof-of-delivery slip, that you include a note stating that the package appears damaged.
  • E-mail us, within-in 5 days of receipt, a notice that the the merchandise that you received was damaged in transit.
  • Please use your kingpumps order # in the subject line to by-pass our "spamblocker".
  • We will issue "pick up order" to the carrier which will include an RGA Number (Return Goods Authorization).
  • Please re-pack the merchandise with all of its documentation.
  • Place a new order for a similar item.
  • Send us an email with the replacement product order number and note that it is to replace order # damaged in transit.
  • We will credit your account for the value of the replacement product plus freight charges as soon as we receive the damaged merchandise.

Return: If Customer Was Shipped The Wrong Product

  • If we made a mistake / error in shipping (it does rarely happen), please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • Please use your kingpumps order # in the subject line to by-pass our "spamblocker".
  • We will then give you an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number and instructions on how, and where, to return the product.
  • We will pay freight both ways and we will ship you the correct product along with a big apology, as we truly do care that we get it "right" the first time.
