Flexible Pump Connectors

Spherical molded type 150 lbs single-sphere flexible pump connectors with floating steel flanges. Nylon tire cord reinforcement with neoprene tube and cover. The flanges rotate on the bellows which makes it easier to line up the bolt holes during installation when mating flanges are out of line. No separate retaining rings are ever required. Good for hot and cold water service, mild chemicals and oils.

Temperature / Pressure Rating

Maximum Temperature: 240° F
Maximum Pressure: 225 PSIG based on 170° F operating temperature.
Vacuum Rating: 26" Hg.
Working pressure is a function of temperature, and at higher temperatures the pressure ratings are reduced slightly.

WARNING Control units must be used unless piping is properly anchored. Expansion joints may operate in pipelines or equipment carrying fluids and/ or gases at elevated temperatures and pressures. Precaution should be taken to insure proper installation and regular inspection. Care is required to protect personnel in the event of leakage or splash. Floor drains are always recommended.
